Point of View

Turning healthcare complexity into clear decisions and stronger performance.

I uncover what limits performance and build the systems that strengthen access, drive growth, and scale.

How I think

Three principles behind my decisions.

Measure what matters.

Activity earns attention. Results earn investment. I define success in terms of access, quality, and financial performance, then use those measures to guide priorities and resource decisions.

Ask the right questions.

The way we frame a problem shapes the options we see. I question assumptions and dig into what’s driving the issue to uncover possibilities we might otherwise miss - and make a better decision.

Build beyond the immediate fix.

An improvement should hold up beyond one person or location. I build clear standards, accountability, and systems that make strong performance repeatable as organizations scale.

A little about me

I care about what leadership decisions make possible - for patients, for the people delivering care, and for the business that sustains it. I’m driven by the belief that financial strength and better care can reinforce each other. That means questioning familiar approaches and taking responsibility for what comes next.
